Roxana Enache – for Vogue
Roxana Enache finished last year Interior Architecture Faculty at the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu”, Bucharest and is passionate about photography. It all started 6 years ago with urban situations, then began working with models and collaborate with different agencies. Her photographs have appeared recently on Photo Vogue Italia and collaborated with many of Romanian designers. Bold composition of fashion and urban framework, puts her photos somewhere on the borderline between fantasy and real.
“I started working in parallel for personal projects and paid projects . But I haven’t forgot about architecture, I’m active in this field also. I deal with art directing for most of my projects: The designer often comes with a collection, and I come up with concepts and proposals on the project.
I don’t do street photography and urban situations anymore, it is more difficult to capture what you want. People behave strangely if you see u with a camera in your hand and trying to shoot. I still love to photograph people on the street spontaneously: as they walked to the background of buildings, with landscapes and colors, and interesting angles.
